What we collect
When you sign up for RevPulse we collect your email address and the property information you provide during onboarding: hotel name, city, PMS type, room types, brand details, owner contact, and the booking history CSV you upload from your PMS. That CSV contains your guests' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and stay details.
How we use guest data
Guest data is used exclusively to power the features you signed up for: post-stay OTA-recovery campaigns, pre-arrival upsell offers, and last-minute filler SMS. Guest email and phone are encrypted at rest. We never sell or share guest data with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for SMS delivery, Resend for email delivery, Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, PostHog for analytics, and Anthropic Claude for AI-generated pricing and message drafts. Each service receives only the data required for its function.
Your rights
You can export or delete all your data at any time from the settings page. Guests can opt out of any RevPulse communication with a single click in any message we send on your behalf.
