Subscription
RevPulse is sold as a monthly subscription in tiers (Founder, Solo Inn, Boutique, Multi-Property). Billing is processed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
Acceptable use
You agree to use RevPulse only for legitimate boutique-hotel revenue operations against properties you own or are authorized to manage. Sending SMS or email to guests who have not consented to receive marketing is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
AI-generated content
Pricing recommendations, draft messages, and GBP action items are generated by AI and provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and applying them. We make no warranty about revenue outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevPulse's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
